The one thing I do not see is an air conditioner in the bedroom or what the apartment offers heat hot water electric ??? does the tenate pay for that or does the owner ?
ReplyDeleteThe one thing I did see is that this apartment has 1 wall air conditioner in the living room and nothing in the bedroom ?/ Also who pays the hot water sewer, heat and electric ? is that all included ? Thank you looks like a real nice place
ReplyDeleteAir conditioners are located in the living rooms only. Apartments are heated by electric and hot water is heated by electric. Residents are responsible to pay all electric expenses.
