The Social Services staff is here to help residents make a smooth transition to living in the Mallard Run Apartments community.  Our goal is to successfully connect residents to supportive services in the surrounding community.  We empower residents to engage in the independent living experience that best fits their individual strengths and needs.



New Resident Orientation is an important initial service offered to every new resident.  Please call 717-761-5962 to schedule an appointment for New Resident Orientation.

Our services include:

  • Nutrition resource programs
  • Volunteer opportunities
  • Referrals to community agencies
  • Neighborhood Networks Computer Learning Center
  • Social Activities
  • Monthly newsletter

Additionally, Mallard Run Apartments offers the convenience of an accessible 12-passenger van

  • Van transportation to shopping destinations, Monday through Friday
